He even has modifications for experienced runners. It simply doesn’t align with your goals. I would suggest you stick with one of the standard protocols out of TBI+TBII. Maybe do a strength focused round of Base Building, and then launch in to Operator (strength from TBI)/Black (conditioning from TBII).
