WebbI have since read that the very short term exposure I had to the mortar dust, which is largely, cement mix, should not put me at risk for silicosis, but definitely it was not good for me. The ache in my chest has gotten slightly better but is definitely still there and strongest when I intake enough air to fully expand my upper lungs .
