I had only the Alternate Start mod running, and it would infinitely load, so I uninstalled the mod and had only Vanilla FO4 running to make sure it wasn't my game that was broken and when I started a new game it loaded almost instantaneously. EDIT: It was vanilla FO4, but ran through NMM using F4SE. WebI tried to find other posts on this bug, and I found a lot relating to a base game bug back at launch, but it doesn't seem to be related because in those cases the UI loaded and the movement was the only issue, and they were fixed by saving and reloading, which hasn't worked in my case.
