Web1 - created a user account in AD > synced it to 365 2- Assigned E1 license and after it finished creating the mailbox I turned it into a shared mailbox ( for some reason the regular account with E3 license wasn’t working) 3- on the printer side > log in as admin> Network > Email TX > added the Microsoft SMTP information as shown below.
